Mr. Vijay Kumar Jha is a distinguished professional who brings an exceptional blend of top-tier industrial leadership and specialized technical expertise to the field of real estate and valuation.

During a distinguished career at SAIL, Mr. Jha held critical leadership roles to ensure uninterrupted supply of utilities to all production and auxiliary shops in an integrated steel plant, contract management and major project executions. At Bokaro Steel Plant, he spent 26 years in Town Services rising to DGM (I/c) followed by 4 years in management of service contracts of all the departments under Town Services and nearly 6 years as General Manager (Utilities). He has superannuated from the services in April 2020 as Executive Director (Projects), Raw Materials Division, SAIL. As Executive Director (Projects -RMD), SAIL, the key role function was to ensure quality improvement and capacity enhancement of iron ore through timely implementation and execution of all projects in captive iron ore mines spread over Jharkhand and Odisha to meet the growing demand in integrated steel plants under SAIL.

Building upon this formidable foundation of managing large-scale industrial assets and infrastructure, Mr. Jha transitioned into the valuation sector in 2021, specializing in the Land & Building asset class. Working with Income Tax and IBBI Registered Valuers, he has been actively engaged in executing high-level technical assessments and navigating complex statutory and regulatory frameworks. His profound hands-on experience in civil engineering, contract management, and heavy industrial operations allows him to interpret property dynamics with rare insight. Combining decades of corporate leadership with rigorous field practice, Mr. Jha is uniquely equipped to deliver precise, high-integrity, and legally compliant valuation services for the real estate sector.
